Burgess Snyder has been awarded the contract to provide storefront and mirrors for the retail spaces at the 201 Twenty One apartment complex project. We are excited to be working with KBS (general contractor) on this project. This will be the first project that we have worked on with KBS and we look forward to building a strong working relationship. Storefront for this project will be provided by US Aluminum. This project is important for the Ghent area of Norfolk since the project involves incorporating a portion of an existing building into the new building's design. The project also adds retail space to the busy 21st corridor in Norfolk's historic Ghent area.
