Burgess Snyder, in conjunction with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Virginina, began enrolling select employees in a glazier apprenticeship progam in September 2008. This progam allows us to develop well trained glaziers through classroom instruction and field training. Each new enrollee will participate in the program for three years and will finish the course with a glazier journeyman certification. This is a company provided benefit for employees who show the commitment to bettering themselves and the company.
